CALLING ALL VOLKSWAGEN, AUDI, SEAT & SKODA OWNERS!
ARE YOU READY FOR THE BIGGEST AND BEST VAG SHOW IN THE NORTH WEST OF ENGLAND?
Set-up in 2009, CumbriaVAG is a club of enthusiasts who all share a love for all things Volkswagen, be it air-cooled or water-cooled.
Based in the South Lakes, we get together for monthly meets, and attend many VW/Audi group shows together, travelling from Cumbria to many national and even European events!
Air Monkeys Magazine will be there and supporting the even all year. We will even be giving out an Air Monkeys Choice Award at the show to our favourite car. You’ve got to be in it to win it!!
In 2014 Air Monkeys will try and bring some air-cooled flare to the event which already attracts some of the best water-cooled and air-cooled cars from across the country.
In 2010, they hosted their first show, which brought people from far and wide to a chilled-out, one day event featuring some of the best VW’s from Cumbria and all over the country. The show has grown and grown every year and in 2013 they expanded to a two day festival with a change of venue to accommodate. This was a huge success and preparation is already well under way for 2014′s show! CumbriaVAG 2014 Show and Shine Festival will be held on Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd of June.
In 2013 the organisers brought some amazing music to Cumbria! We focused on the world of drum and bass music, and CumbriaVAG 2014 is no different, featuring some of the most well loved drum and bass acts from around the UK.
This year the acts you can see include Matrix & Futurebound, Rameses and Keeno plus more. It is going to be one hell of a party held in Britain’s best countryside. The festival is based at Crooklands Nr Kendal in Cumbria and is less than 5 minutes from J36 of the M6.
Feel free to browse our Forum, or visit the group on Facebook for all things dub related in Cumbria. If you’re looking to buy a car, sell a car, ask something technical, or just have a chat, then please join in. Everyone is welcome!
We look forward to seeing you there.
